Xolisa is the founder and sole director of the firm. He was admitted as an attorney in 2002. Before establishing Beja Attorneys, he worked for big and medium-sized law firms locally and abroad. He practises in various areas of commercial law, including finance transactions, mergers and acquisitions (including local B-BBEE) and private equity transactions. His clients are mostly domiciled in South Africa, Botswana and Namibia, and operate in various industry sectors.
He holds BA, LLB, MBA and LLM academic qualifications from the Universities of Cape Town, Birmingham (UK) and Witwatersrand (respectively).
Sithandwa is a highly motivated candidate attorney at Beja Attorneys Inc. With a strong academic background, including a Bachelor of Arts in Law and Politics and an LLB from Rhodes University, he is currently pursuing a Master's Degree in Tax Law.
He excels in commercial and corporate law, winning Moot competitions for two consecutive years, showcasing his adeptness in navigating complex legal issues. Recognized for his commitment to excellence, he received the Law Ethics Prize, highlighting his integrity and dedication to upholding ethical standards in the legal profession. He continues to contribute his knowledge and passion for the law to every case at Beja Attorneys Inc., making him a valuable asset to the firm..
