Meet the team that has helped us build the confidence that we can and do deliver professionally and in a timely manner.
Xolisa is the founder and sole director of the firm. He was admitted as an attorney in 2002. Before establishing Beja Attorneys, he worked for big and medium-sized law firms locally and abroad. He practises in various areas of commercial law, including finance transactions, mergers and acquisitions (including local B-BBEE) and private equity transactions. His clients are mostly domiciled in South Africa, Botswana and Namibia, and operate in various industry sectors.
He holds BA, LLB, MBA and LLM academic qualifications from the Universities of Cape Town, Birmingham (UK) and Witwatersrand (respectively).
